Privacy policy
Information accessed and purpose
The connector accesses the Google account its operator authorizes. Account identity is used to check the correct account. Enabled services include Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar and read-only Contacts. Information is used for requested file, document, spreadsheet, communication or calendar tasks, subject to the operator's action-approval rules.
Processing and service providers
Local tools process task information on the operator's computer. Google hosts Google-service data. When the operator uses existing hosted assistant/model services or Telegram for a requested task, selected information or results may pass through those services. Those services have their own data-handling practices. This policy does not certify their current account-specific training settings, promise zero retention or describe the entire workflow as offline.
Cloudflare Pages may host these static information pages. The pages contain no analytics scripts, visitor forms, Google login flow or code that reads visitors' Google accounts. Private task files are not part of this site.
Retention and removal
Google files remain subject to the account's existing permissions. Local working files, task records and previously retained archives may remain until reviewed or removed under the operator's applicable workflows. No automatic deletion period is promised. For access, correction or removal requests, contact the operator. Removing access does not automatically remove copies already retained by other services.
Authorization and security
Google handles account sign-in and consent. This site does not request passwords, access credentials or verification codes. The operator can revoke the connector's access in Google account settings.
Use limits and contact
The connector is not offered as an advertising or model-training service. That statement is not a certification of third-party provider settings. Existing data-handling workflows remain subject to applicable service policies; this page does not certify an unresolved workflow as compliant.
Questions or removal requests: rtj.hermes@gmail.com. The operator should update this policy when actual practices change.
